    After buying a second hand Volvo from SMW we discovered from an unassociated cars salesman that Volvo ripped us off. We seriously regret buying a Volvo. After bringing up some off our concerns we were told that they are the dearest company to get servicing from which we were not told about when buying the car. After completing a survey for SMW servicing it was brought up by the manager as he asked why we would not recommend Volvo to a friend and when we replied it was because off the prices he refused to listen as we'd had the conversation before. As usual they are wonderful to you when your purchasing a car from them but customer after care is atrocious.
