    It's almost off the beaten track of the student scene so it tends to be quieter than most of the bars in the area. This is may or may not be an appeal! Tucked in a very residential area it really does have the feel of "a house". Good beer and food with a small but perfectly adequate outdoor seating area. Worth a visit.

    Came here for Sunday lunch with my GF and two nieces - we were enticed by the "kids eat free" banner outside. This indeed was great but other than that we were hugely disappointed. Only two staff on who were massively massively overworked which meant everything (getting menus, taking orders etc) took a very long time. The Sunday Roast was very disappointing and the desert was almost certain a frozen one and definitely not fresh. Disappointed, will not be back.
