    Bought my wife a white gold and diamond bracelet there and she loved it. It was a little too big so took it back. They adjusted it and turned the extra link into a pendant free of charge. Excellent service

    THE WORST RETAILER IN BELFAST- DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM worst possible service really bad and unprofessional treatment towards customers refuse to give refunds to customers I went to this shop on 20th March this year to order the wedding bands for our wedding which was due on the 5th May. Before paying for the rings I wanted to make sure that they would be ready in time for the wedding- the man who was serving me, Sean Hardon, said it would take a week so I was happy enough to go with the order. However, I was completely misinformed by this man- 3 and a half weeks later we still had no rings. Finally, I received a call from them being told that one of the rings has arrived in the wrong size so we had to wait even longer until we finally receive the rings. Eight days before the wedding, the rings were still not available for collection so I was determined to speak to the store and ask them for a reasonable explanation. I have to say that the owner of the shop, Sean Hardon, is the most unprofessional retailer I've ever met. The treatment I got from him was horrendous- when I tried to speak to him and to ask him for a reasonable explanation, he started talking over me in a very aggressive way and didn't even let me finish my sentences. He hang up the phone on me several times without even giving me a reasonable explanation on why there was such a massive delay on our order. As someone who used to work in a customer service department, I have to say that I am appalled by Sean Hardon's behaviour - he was completely dismissive and totally unprofessional towards me. That kind of behaviour towards customers wouldn't be acceptable anywhere else! Finally, after a 4-week delay we received our wedding bands. However, no compensation at all, not even a single apology. Don't ever make the mistake of buying anything from Lauren May- they will take your money and in return what you will get would be incompetence, ignorance and lack of adequate service!
