- neil logieNov, 12 2021★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Online rental is cheap - don't amend your rental on site as any extra is much more expensive. For example a kids seat was more than the rental car. What's worse is nobody knew how to fit it. Had to check pre-existing damage in the warehouse exit without lighting - lots of details about penalties for damage. Lots of extra upsale chat for insurance, better cars etc. Simple enough to hire but not a great experience. By contrast I recently used enterprise and it was very simple and a lot less stress with small damage.
- Brian WilsonNov, 25 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Avoid if at all possible!! I am a local resident in NI who booked car hire through an online car rental site. I arrived with the documentation that was stated I needed to bring on the website, but was advised I also needed a utility bill as I was a NI address. They then pointed out that the recommended excess cover insurance I had bought online was not valid and did a very hard cell of their grossly inflated insurance. Frustrating waste of time. Location is off site from Belfast City Airport. Avoid!!!
