    Staff attitude is a lot to be desired. Real let down to the company. Today staff attitude towards my mother was discusting and then the two females proceeded to moan and slag other customers loud enough for us to hear them.

    This review concerns the fantastic staff at George Best Airport Belfast. On a recent short trip home I had to wait for other family members and noticed how friendly and efficient the staff were at this Costa. One lady, Margaret deserves a special mention. She breezed in to help the very busy guy serving coffee and never let the grass grow under her feet! When she wasn't serving she was always busy clearing tables as soon as the customers vacated them. This was lovely to see and such a rarity in this day and age. Well done staff especially Margaret, keep up the good work.
